
My husband and I recently went out to our local French restaurant and had quiche. My husband enjoyed his but I was not impressed with mine, I knew I could make one better. We have made our share of quiches and tarts over the years and I looked forward to our latest recipe.
I decided for Mother’s Day this year I would serve most of Dorie’s recipes from our varies baking groups. Asparagus-Lemon Quiche, Moccachino Muffins and Macarons is what we had for a meal. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there.

We liked the quiche, for Germans it is very special to use green Asparagus, hard to get here in season. Everywhere the “tasteless” white ones.
