Mochaccino Muffins

Coffee, coffee, coffee. Buzz, buzz, buzz. They don’t call me CafeMom for nothing, I love me a good cup of Joe. Combining my two favorite foods chocolate and coffee this recipe has cocoa powder, ground coffee, coffee extract and semisweet chocolate. The ingredients need to come to room temperature before baking so planning ahead is a must.

  5. I am thinking I need a different brand of cocoa haha. A few of yours turned out a lot more chocolatey looking than mine haha. Glad these were a winner at your house too!
