Mushroom-Bacon Galette

I have been wanting to make this galette for some time but I needed a special occasion for it since my family does not like mushrooms. I had some friends over for dinner and this was the perfect appetizer to pair with wine. Dorie’s buttery galette dough is the star, so good. I chopped my mushrooms but I could have made them smaller. I used leeks but I think caramelized onions might have looked better, this was not a looker. My husband could not resist and ate one piece. My son surprised me and ate two pieces!
