Tomato Tart

Summer is in full swing so tomatoes are plentiful. My husband found these beautiful heirloom tomatoes.

Baking with Dorie

I followed the directions for one 9 inch tart. My tomatoes were so big that I only needed 2. This tart was delicious. Definitely a make again recipe. To see what others thought head over to Tuesdays with Dorie.
