Swirled, Spiced Sour Cream Bundt Cake

We have not had cake in a while so this was a nice treat and I can’t remember the last time I made a bundt cake. For the swirl, I omitted the nuts so my son could eat it, I used chopped chocolate the dark kind and my unsweetened cocoa was also dark chocolate. The cake I made as is and my plan was to not make the optional icing but my cake stuck in a few places so icing was needed to hid my mistake:) This was a big hit with the family; we enjoyed the spices and chocolate. I did not do a good job of spacing out my swirls but that is just me being picky. A make again recipe.

You did a fine job on all of it, it’s just beautiful. I hadn’t made a bundt in awhile either, so it was a nice change to make this one.
