It looked perfect, it sliced perfect and it tasted perfect. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this chocolate pudding pie. I gleefully purchased the Biscoff cookies for the crust and according to my husband it was the best crust ever. There was a fair amount of chopping of chocolate and stiring of milk, eggs, and sugar but I enlisted my husband to help and then I let him lick the pot just like Dorie. I can’t remember the last time we had a pudding pie let alone made one so this was quite the treat. Everyone loved it and I will definitely be making it again.
