Baking from 3 Dorie cookbooks has proved problematic for me especially with my work travel schedule. I have fallen behind in the cookie baking schedule this month. I was able to knock these out before my recent trip. I decided to skip the topping for time’s sake. These were easy to make with nice chocolate flavor and crunch from the nuts. I have found three cookbooks to also be challenging at times…you have always got a recipe waiting to be baked/cooked haha. Things will settle down for us now with only two! 😍
