Portuguese-Style Cod and Beans En Papillote

This is the fourth recipe I have made that is en papillote. It is an easy way to cook and I have always been happy with the results. This recipe is no different. My son asked if we made it or picked it up at a restaurant and my husband declared it restaurant worthy. I enjoyed having beans with my fish which is something I do not normally do. The dish was layered with flavors from the garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, smoked paprika, lemon, tomato, thyme and scallions. Another winning dish for us. 1. My husband had a similar reaction! I had never used this method, but am a believer now! We loved it too!

  2. I’ve made en papillote several times. This one is among the best, especially with the marinated beans that add tremendous amount of flavor.

  4. Really loved this and was a great reminder to use the method again (I have a fab recipe for fish with ratatouille en papillote and I need to make it again soon!). This was SO good!
