Pasta with Sardines, Fennel and Pine Nuts

My husband knocked this out on a Thursday night. He said this recipe was doable for a week night meal. We opted not to put the oil in from the sardine can but used olive oil instead. We enjoyed this one even though it was a bit fishy. Anytime raisins end up in a dish my husband is happy. This recipe was also choked full of other ingredients which made me happy.   2. It is always good to have a new dinner and change up the routine! Glad you guys like this one…I didn’t use the sardine oil either…I was afraid it would be too over the top for us trying sardines haha.
