Peanut Brownie Sablés

We have a lot of chocolate/peanut butter lovers in our family. These cookies with a sable base, a brownie twist, peanut butter and chopped peanuts were a big hit. I made the full recipe but gave half to my in-laws and the rest went into the freezer to enjoy later. To see what others thought head over to Tuesday with Dorie.
