Chocolate-Cranberry and Almond Cookies

I was not particularly looking forward to these but boy was I wrong. These were delicious cookies that were praised by all. Of course the almond lover thought they were grand. These are quite sophisticated with a nice snap which did not get soft over time. Definitely a make again recipe.
