Dark Chocolate Pudding

This was a recipe I was looking forward to. I love chocolate and home made pudding is so good. This is a decadent dessert as it is made with whole milk, heavy cream, eggs, bittersweet chocolate and butter. This dessert did not disappoint, it was chocolaty and delicious. I may decrease the amount of cornstarch next time as I thought it was too much but that is my only critique. To see what others thought head over to Cook the Book Fridays.

    I didn’t give much thought to the corn starch measurement so guess I wasn’t bothered by it. Why did it think it was too much? Did you feel it was too thick? The pudding was delicious. I think we all can agree on that.

  3. Since I only did a third of the recipe, I didn’t really measure the amount of corn starch. I don’t question it because the pudding comes together. It does look like your pudding is thick, as they thicken more after chilling.
