I manage to cook on time but posting on my blog is still a problem for me. For Cook the Book Fridays we made Meatballs and Spaghetti or in my case Gemelli. We really loved this marinara sauce and meatballs that cooked on the stove for an hour and a half. Not a week night meal but it was perfect for us for a Sunday dinner with the in-laws. We all thought the meatballs were tender and the sauce delicious. Definitely a make again recipe.
