

This month on Tuesdays with Dorie we are baking brownies, very chocolaty brownies. These are a flourless brownie that is more fudge-like than cake-like. My husband’s favorite part were the amaretti cookies, as you can see he went plentiful on top, no scales were involved for amounts. These were very tasty but very rich. These were good! Glad your husband enjoyed the addition of the amaretti. I used savoiardi so I didn’t have to buy more biscuits.

These were super rich! I made a half batch and gave most of them away (too many sweets!). Love that they are naturally gluten free!

I bought the same bag of cookies haha. I thought the brownies were really almondy…but everyone else seemed to love them!
