This cake was perfect for the holiday season; warm spices, molasses and coffee. My husband loved the smell as it was baking in the oven. I had to make one change to the glaze, I could not find white chocolate so I had to substitute. The next best thing I could find was salted blond chocolate; it worked perfectly and tasted good too. Surprisingly, I thought this cake was dry but my family did not share my concern.
