This week on Tuesday with Dorie we are divining deep into chocolate, thank goodness for Trader Joe’s Pound Plus Chocolate Bars. These fudge brownies have a whopping 17 ounces of chocolate and butter, lots of butter. When my husband read the recipe he said “these are going to be rich”. This is a three layer bar; fudge brownie base with peanuts, a chunky peanut butter frosting and topped with ganache. They reminded me of millionaire bars. My husband was right, they are rich. He suggested the base should have some salted pretzels too. These were a hit with the peanut loving crowd.
