Salt-And-Pepper Sugar-And-Spice Galettes

This week on Tuesdays with Dorie we have a simple recipe with ingredients that most of us have in our cabinet. My family and I have decided we don’t like black pepper in our cookies, we have made a few over the years, so I left out the black pepper. The other spices include cinnamon, ginger, cloves and of course salt. This recipe also includes almond flour for a bit of “crumbliness”. The dough is rolled out and chilled either in freezer or refrigerator. The cookies are baked in a muffin tin to keep their shape. I thought these yummy and far to easy to snack on. To see what others thought head over to Tuesdays with Dorie.

Your cookies turned out perfectly! Mine stayed as small discs. I agree these were good though.
