It was with trepidation I made this weeks baking assignment for Tuesdays with Dorie. My husband told me he really doesn’t like mascarpone. My fears were unfounded as this was a hit with the whole family. It was light, airy and not too sweet. My husband picked strawberries as the fruit accompaniment which went together well. This is the perfect summer dessert as you do not have to turn on the oven. Another winner from Dorie and one worth repeating.

Strawberries would be perfect with this. I left a response to your comment on my blog but I’ll answer here as well. My blog issue was resolved very quickly once I reported it, thank you for asking, and I just made an adjustment that may correct the comment problem. But, I am seriously considering a switch to wordpress. Your new blog looks great and the switch looks easy to do.
