Tuesdays with Dorie
This blond version of a brownie includes pecans, milk chocolate and coconut. Dorie provides various ways to prepare these; the original recipe calls for a mini muffin tin but I decided to go the easy route and make bars. The top is a little crispy and the center is moist and chewy. The perfect bar cookie in my opinion. The only comment was too many nuts, I would cut back next time.
