Coffee is a beloved drink in our house. We have three coffee makers: drip, French Press and espresso. My husband buys whole beans and we have our own grinder. We love our coffee. I knew these cookies would be a hit.
What I didn’t know was finding unflavored malted milk would be so tough. It took me four grocery stores to find some but I did it!
These cookies came together fairly easy. I used freshly ground coffee beans of course. When they came out of the oven my husband couldn’t wait to try them. They were delicious and he immediately wanted another one. These were definitely a hit in my house and will be made again.

These were good,weren't they. Unflavoured malt was twice the price of flavoured so I just used the latter.
