Baking Chez Moi
I was happy for the help from my fellow bakers. I used a springform pan as many of you described a cake that went up and over the sides of a regular cake pan.
I think my husband described this plain and simple almond cake the best, angel food cake made with almonds. It was surprising light and airy. I served this with powdered sugar and jam and it was delightful. I look forward to making this one again.
