I voted for this one as berries are in full swing in California. I used a variety of berries; raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. The pistachio cream came together quickly and I chilled it for one hour as Dorie suggested. I thought the ratio of berries to pistachio cream was not right, I preferred more berries. My husband loved this and thought they were great. He had his with a scoop of ice cream. Looking forward to more summer baking.
