Pistachio and Berry Gratins

I voted for this one as berries are in full swing in California. I used a variety of berries; raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. The pistachio cream came together quickly and I chilled it for one hour as Dorie suggested. I thought the ratio of berries to pistachio cream was not right, I preferred more berries. My husband loved this and thought they were great. He had his with a scoop of ice cream. Looking forward to more summer baking.

    The berry combination sounds delicious. I'm hoping frozen will work in this since local won't be ready here until July.

    Berries and pistachio cream spell summer for me too. I'm looking forward to making this one. Ice cream sounds like a great addition!
