Baking this week from Dorie’s Cookies are these baked version of haystacks. I have made no-bake version before but not cooked. These haystacks include eggs, agave nectar, salt, sweetened coconut, pecans, raisins, cornflakes and milk chocolate.
These turned out a bit crunchy and chewy. I am treating my co-workers to these haystacks this week. I think they will enjoy them. These were tasty but not my favorite.
