Soft-Centered Chocolate Teacup Cakes

This month on Tuesdays with Dorie is all about the chocolate. This week I made the Soft-Centered Chocolate Teacup Cakes AKA lava cakes.

I was not sure that my tea cups were oven safe so I used my ramekins. These cakes are dangerously good.  You can make them in mere minutes and they were divine. My son wanted ice cream with his but I thought it was rich and delicious on its own. These were company worthy and will make the list of make again.

We don’t print the recipes, instead we encourage you to buy the book. To see what others made go here.

These really were dangerously good and easy! I've already made these twice and the hot chocolate panna cotta twice!

Good call on the ramekins- better safe than sorry 🙂 Seriously, it would have been lousy to break a cup but seeing chocolatey warm goodness in shards when you know you can't eat it ? No thanks. Love that scoop of ice cream. While these were wonderful without, that scoop is now calling my name LOL !
