Ricotta-Tomato Tart

I bought these beautiful Campari tomatoes for this tart and they were delicious 😋. Along with the ricotta cheese, lemon and eggs I added basil and thyme as my fresh herbs 🪴. I made this on a hot summer day and served it with a salad for a nice dinner.

  4. Those look like Trader Joe’s tomatoes 😊. Great job with this one. I felt like although a good summer tart it was hard to heat up the oven during our heat wave to make this one haha.
