Brioche Sandwich Buns

Baking with Dorie page 34.

We are making bread this week on Tuesdays with Dorie. We have made brioche before so I was comfortable with this recipe. My buns would not win any beauty contest but they tasted good. My husband and I quickly ate one bun each just out of the oven, there is nothing like freshly baked bread. I seem to only make bread when it is assigned for this group and I always enjoy it and think I should make more bread from scratch 🙂 To see what others thought head over over to Tuesdays with Dorie.

  2. Brioche buns are among my favorite sto eat, not so much in making. The time requirement is a lot. Loving the color on your buns.

  4. It is hard to not eat fresh bread out of the oven!! You smell it the whole time it is cooking haha. I don’t make bread except for the blog either…but really should. It is so good homemade!

    Bet they were tasty fresh from the oven. I make bread frequently, but brioche only occasionally.
