Bottom of the par-baked tart shell is covered with almond flour, sugar and cinnamon.

Three and half cups of fresh blueberries go on top and is baked for thirty minutes.

After the thirty minute bake, one egg, half of cup of heavy cream, vanilla and salt go on top. The whole thing is baked again for another twenty-five minutes. The finished product is dusted with powdered sugar.
It was so nice to have a dessert the celebrates the bounty of summer fruit. My husband and I and our guest really enjoyed this tart. I can see myself making this one again. To see what others thought head over to Tuesdays with Dorie.
Yours looks fabulous! So loaded with blueberries!

Look at that beautiful blueberry tart! All those berries are just so pretty…it was as much fun baking as eating this one…we aren’t the biggest custard fans, but the blueberries made up for it, it was a delicious match.
