
According to my cookbook, I made this chicken on 10/11/20 but I don’t remember making it and I don’t have a blog post for it so here we go again take two. Ponzu sauce is a mixture of soy and citrus, instead of buying a bottle my husband made some of his own concoction. We marinated the chicken for one hour per Dorie’s instructions.
