I knocked this out for our Sunday dinner. I was lucky and found rhubarb at Smart and Final but like Kim it was not in the greatest condition no matter it was being cooked anyway. We have made several rhubarb desserts over the years but so far our favorite remains Rhubarb Upside Down Brown Sugar Cake from Baking Chez Moi.
