
We have made quite a few shortbread recipes over the years. This one includes Scotch whisky, pecans and white chocolate. I made a half recipe since we are in the holiday season of baking. I used Kentucky Bourbon which is straight whiskey and I do not know the difference between the two. We enjoyed these very much but I did not taste the whiskey. We didn’t really taste the Scotch either. Your cookies look so pretty and the color is scrumptious in itself. Beautiful job on these.
