We are omnivores so all protein is fair game but out of all the meat I would say we eat beef the least so this week’s recipe was a nice treat. I can’t remember the last time we had steak, restaurant or home. My husband splurged the big bucks for this one steak, $19 for one pound but boy was it worth it. There is nothing like grilled meat from the BBQ with all those crispy bits. We paired this with baked potatoes and carrots for an old fashioned meal.
