My first turn at Parisian Macarons and I thought they turned out rather well. I went with pink and salted caramel filling. These were beloved by all and I think I will make them again with a new filling. Admittedly, I did not wait 24 hours before trying one:) I made the full recipe and with a family of 5 the cookies are going fast. To see what others thought head over to Tuesdays with Dorie.
