Our latest baking adventure from Dorie’s Cookies, a tropical inspired Coconut-Lime Sablé. As my husband calls these “confused cookies” since they are made in a muffin pan. Normal ingredients include butter, sugar, flour and tropical ingredients coriander, limes, and coconut (sweet, unsweetened, toasted and plain). There is a lot going on in these cookies which taste great. Some of these are going to my co-worker who sadly lost her mother to COVID-19. This is the closet the virus has got to me.
