Tuesdays with Dorie is back to the cocktail section of Dorie’s Cookies. These Triscuity Bites are made with you guessed it Triscuits. I had a bit of trouble finding the original flavor as the company has recently revamped their packaging. These savory bites are made with cream cheese and butter for richness, the crunch comes from the Triscuits. I found these addictive and was snacking on the end pieces as soon as they came out of the oven, the rest went to a potluck dinner. My guests enjoyed them but didn’t really taste the Triscuits, I may have ground them too fine.
