I loved the idea of a cookie in a pan and this dessert did not disappoint. I served this as part of our Independence Day celebration dinner. This cookie is chocked full of stuff; chocolate, dried apricots and sweetened coconut. I served it a la mode which made it extra special. The adults liked it but my son is not a fan of coconut so he will not be having more. To see what others made head over to TWD.

    Perfect for a celebration and large crowd…such a fun way to serve it as well. Mark loved these…even though I made a small batch, he ate them in two days…the guy loves his chocolate and sweets. Who are these people who don't like coconut???? lol
