Chunkers are sinfully delicious chocolate cookies with cashews, dried cherries and more chocolate. These cookies are a labor of love due to the amount of chopping for all ingredients. The Trader Joe’s bars of chocolate that I buy are thick and create quite a workout for chopping. The cookies are quite soft when they come out of the oven and almost don’t look done. The hardest part was waiting for the cookies to cool before eating. I enjoyed them the best the next day. These cookies will satisfy any chocolate lover.
