Real Hot Chocolate

I make hot chocolate all the time, usually for my son, but I make it with nonfat milk and cocoa powder. Dorie’s version with whole milk and melted bittersweet chocolate was really a treat. This rich chocolaty hot beverage was a welcome drink on a rare cool night in California. Happy New Year!
