This cupcake recipe is a play on milk and cookies. The milk flavor of the cupcake comes from sweetened condensed milk and whole milk. There are mini chocolate chips inside the cupcake for added texture. The frosting which was delicious was made with melted milk chocolate.
I thought this cupcake captured the essence of milk and cookies and I really enjoyed it. My son and husband were not impressed. I was surprised on the split decision but you can’t win them all.
