My latest adventure from the Food Network, peaches and cream cupcakes. Despite the name, there isn’t anything peachy about this cupcake except the garnish. The two flavors added are vanilla and almond extract. It is actually quite a plain cupcake.

I found another peaches-n-cream cupcake from the Food Network that included puree peaches, peach filling and peach extract or schnapps. This sounded like the cupcake I should have made for peach flavor.
