This month on Tuesdays with Dorie we are making chocolate desserts from Baking Chez Moi. This week I made Hot Chocolate Panna Cotta page 373.
Heavy cream, cocoa powder, bittersweet chocolate. What’s not to like! A lovely dessert for the chocolate lover.
I did make the Fluted Carrot Tangerine Cake (page 22) on time but actually posting on time has been a problem lately. This was a light and airy sponge cake. I served it with powdered sugar on top which everyone liked.
We don’t publish the recipes instead we encourage you to buy the book and bake along with us. To what others thought go here.
Your panna cotta and carrot-tangerine cake both look amazing! Your cake looks perfect!

two great desserts! I know what you mean…it's almost never hard for me to do the baking, but writing a post on time is a different story!
