My son said “these are good muffins”. These have been a ‘great’ addition to our muffin rotation.  They are loaded with whole grain goodness; whole wheat flour, corn meal, oatmeal and yummy raisins.  What’s not to love?  Will definitely make these again.  Baking From My Home to Yours by Dorie Greenspan.

I am baking my way through Baking From My Home to Yours by Dorie Greenspan.  I am on muffins at the moment.  I have not had corn muffins in a while so it was a nice change.  My son decided he didn’t really like corn muffins.
