Aloha! I am back from my Hawaiian vacation, we went to the island of Kauai. We mostly stayed in our all-inclusive hotel and ate too much good food but I enjoyed a week of tropical flavors.

Our last recipe of the month are these olive oil brownies. I read all your comments about dried fruit, there were definite opinions. We opted to go with naked brownies especially since my husband wanted to serve them with ice cream.

We served these at a dinner party with ice cream as promised, not a crumb left on the plate. These brownies did get better over time, they were more moist the next day. To see what others thought head over to Tuesdays with Dorie.
