Marbled Cheesecake

Baking with Dorie page

Ah, cheesecake is beloved in our household. I usually try and make one once a year but I can’t remember the last time I made a cheesecake. My husband is a purest with cheesecake and usually likes them plain with fresh fruit so he was skeptical about this version with marbled chocolate but alas it was a winner. I used bittersweet chocolate which went over well with the family. I did not tent my cheesecake while baking as I did not read this instruction prior to baking, oops but I think it came out well anyway. I did not intend my blobs to look like hearts so that was a happy accident. My husband said I had a future in coffee making. This was a winner and a make again recipe. I have one quarter of it in the freezer for later. To see what others thought head over to Tuesdays with Dorie.
