Bourbon-Roasted Pork Loin

Our second to the last post for Everyday Dorie is this bourbon-roasted pork loin. We made this for guests and it was a big hit. Roasting everything in one pot is a simple and easy way to cook a dinner. We decided to make extra onions and apples, enough to feed 4 and that was a good decision. We do not eat pork often and I don’t think we have ever made a roast before but this meal changed our minds. My husband stated it was his new favorite meal, I guess will be eating more pork:)

Well you can’t get better than the compliment from your husband! Your photos look amazing, so delicious. I’m going to make more apples with it next time…those were really nice.

  3. Your pork roast looks as juicy and delicious. No wonder you’ve changed your mind to eat and cook more pork. I’d do the same given the experience.

  4. It is the best when a dish is such a hit! Yours looks particularly moist! I wish I had thought of making more apples and onions because we had none leftover to go with the leftover pork haha. Next time!
