


When it comes to frying my husband takes the lead. We had originally planned to have shrimp but we ended up using ingredients we had on hand. So our meal unexpectedly became monochromatic with red bell pepper, salmon and carrots. My husband busted out our trusty food thermometer and expertly fried up this wonderful dinner. Everything came out perfect and exceeded our expectations. This was a pretty easy dinner to throw together even for a week night meal. To see what others thought head over to Cook the Book Fridays.
Tell your husband good job Diane! I do not enjoy frying things haha. We were out of town and I didn’t quite fit this in on time. Will have to do a rewind. Good to know it is delicious 😍

I’ll have to make this one up as well–I totally forgot about it! I’ll probably do some kind of fish stick thing…sounds like it was tasty.
