Every year I host a friendsgiving and it is always bigger than my Thanksgiving. I bake our November selections every year and Dorie’s desserts are always a crowd pleaser. This year I picked these chocolate-pecan pie cookie bars to share. The base of the cookie is Dorie’s sweet tart dough partially baked. The topping is a traditional pecan pie but with the addition of chocolate and from this chocolate lover it was a good addition. Those that like pecans will love this dessert.
