Pistachio and Raspberry Financiers

Baking Chez Moi

This week on Tuesdays with Dorie we are making our last financiers from Baking Chez Moi. These mini cakes were new to me until I joined this group. We enjoyed the previous recipes Macha Financiers and Cowgirl Cornmeal-Pecan Financiers. These Pistachio and Raspberry Financiers were no exception in the like category. Financiers need planning ahead, the egg whites need to be at room temperature and the dough sits at least 8 hours or overnight. I did the overnight version. These were a nice addition to our Father’s Day dinner.
