Tuesdays with Dorie
I had wanted to make rugelach this past holiday season so I made Friendship Cookies from Dories Cookies (page 270). I love rugelach and I love chocolate, enough said.
I made this Tiramisu Cake from Baking From My Home to Yours (page 266) for my mother-in-law’s birthday. I thought it was great but strangely my coffee loving husband did not like this one. I would make this one again.

Two great catchup recipes. I like eating rugelach but making them, not so much – I struggle with not tearing the dough.
