Dorie’s Cookies
Chocolate seems to be the theme of the month. Good thing I love chocolate. These were a pretty easy cookie to make. Dorie’s Do-Almost-Anything Chocolate Cookie Dough is rolled into balls, then indented to make room for jam. I used strawberry jam since that is what I had on hand and it worked just fine. I did the optional drizzle of melted chocolate which puts these cookies over the top. These were loved by all family members.

Glad your family enjoyed them. I often do “red jam” of any kind but I had to open a jar of raspberry jam for these as I had run out of other red jam.
