Baking Chez Moi
Greetings from the Netherlands! I had a chance to bake these off prior to leaving on vacation. These are the second sables we have made and we have more to come. I am so happy how these turned out as my cookie dough logs were not round. I used plastic wrap which I think was the wrong choice for me. Next time I will use the parchment paper that Dorie suggested. These cookies had a nice crunch to them especially the sanding sugar on the outside. I made a half recipe which disappeared quickly in my house. To see what others made head over to TWD.
